1st Review – Greatly appreciated this book. Although it wasn’t published yesterday, I found it to be full of practical insight for leading people as a manager. Highly recommended for anyone in a position of leadership!
2nd Review – Still pretty much an essential read for anyone who aims at being effective. After reading it over a second time I managed to find more points to underline and note. So I’ll probably be reading it again in a year or two. Definitely a lot of useful information packed into such a short book.
